Our Location - 3 Holiday Cottages between Dovedale and the Manifold Valley

The cottages are situated on the edge of the village of Wetton, overlooking the Manifold Valley.

Wetton is a tranquil village nestling at the foot of the Wetton Hills with 3 small working farms, a fine inn serving a selection of beers and good pub food and a 14th century church with its six bells founded in six different centuries.

The Manifold Valley is one of the most beautiful areas of the Peak District. The deep valley is carved through limestone rock and is full of dramatic scenery, with cliffs, caves and woods. It is ideal for walking and cycling.

Dovedale, famous for its towering spires of Limestone, is only about a mile away, and easily reached on foot, or by bicycle or car. This valley is famous for its fishermen (the scene of 'The Compleat Angler') and is a magnificent walking area.
