£100.00 deposit secures your booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. If your booking is within 4 weeks the full amount is payable at the time of booking
Written confirmation will be sent on receipt of your booking deposit.
In the event of cancellations made within 4 weeks of the start date, the total cost of your holiday is payable. If we are able to re-let we will refund the holiday cost.
If the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. fire. All monies paid for that period will be fully reimbursed. The Hirer shall have no further claim against the Owner.
Please pay for all breakages. Any damage to the property will also have to be paid for. Guests are expected to take care of the property and to leave it clean and tidy. We reserve the right to recover costs for cleaning if the cottage has been left in an unacceptable state e.g. cleaning carpets, soft furnishings.
Your cottage will be available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival.
Please vacate the cottages by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the owners’ risk. We cannot accept any liabilities for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions.
